Sounds vaguely encouraging ! Please explain the policy changes that have entered the building along with the new Immigrant Visa Unit Chief ! My experiences as a petitioner have taught me to be flatly pragmatic, so I will not exhibit any optimism until I see positive changes clearly expressed in the native Officialese, preferably in quadruplicate hard copy.
